Can I exchange a painting after purchase?
Our parts are neither exchangeable nor replaceable.
Each Lumileaf painting is carefully prepared and checked before shipping.
This policy guarantees the quality, traceability and integrity of each part.
Can I flip an array?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order.
The painting must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, without any signs of use or damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or damage during delivery.
How do I make a return?
Contact our customer service at lumileaf.support@proton.me within 14 days of receipt.
We will send you detailed instructions for the safe return of your part.
Once the painting has been received and checked, and only if the piece is in PERFECT CONDITION, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
All our parts are carefully packaged and shipped with specialist carriers.
If your painting arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier upon delivery and take photos of the package and the frame.
Then contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt so that we can assist you with the claim process with the carrier.
We will liaise with you if necessary to facilitate the processing of your claim and find a suitable solution. And, depending on the circumstances, we will proceed with the replacement or reimbursement as soon as the claim is confirmed.
Can custom paintings be returned?
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects or damage upon delivery.
